The Autonomous Women's Center and the Higher Public Prosecutor's Office insisted that the employment model for women who survived domestic violence be applied to all Belgrade municipalities. In 2023, 276 victims with the experience of violence were referred to this employment model. Of that, the Autonomous Women's Center, with the consent of women who survived violence and were in need of employment, referred 17.1% of women. Of that number, 34% of women got a job, 9% changed jobs, and 8% retrained for other new occupations.

This model of mediation in the employment of women with experience of violence was initiated by the deputy of the Second Basic Public Prosecutor's Office, Milica Ljubičić, in March 2020. Based on the Law on the Prevention of Domestic Violence and the creation of a support plan, the model has been applied to all Belgrade municipalities since January 2023. The purpose of this model is to provide support for employment, change of employment and retraining of women who survived violence at meetings of subgroups for coordination and cooperation.
