The Swedish Foundation Kvinna till Kvinna, which provides financial support for the activities of the Autonomous Women's Center, organized a week of meetings and advocacy for women's rights in Berlin, in which women's organizations from six countries of the Western Balkan region participated, including the Autonomous Women's Center.
At meetings with representatives of German institutions and the Federal Parliament interested in the region, as well as representatives of civil organizations, the insufficient participation of women from all countries of the Western Balkan region in the EU negotiations was discussed, as well as the importance of the activities of independent women's organizations. Positive reactions at the meetings give promising prospects for future cooperation and greater influence of women's organizations.
