Draft on the Public Law and Order, in Article 16 Prostitution, completely unfair predicts punishment only for people who are bought into prostitution (mostly women and children), ignoring the fact that people who are using/buying prostitution (mostly man), are also persons that "indulge in prostitution".
The network "Women against violence", as a member of the European Women's Lobby, see prostitution as a form of exploitation of women and children and therefore as a serious social problem. In prostitution, women and children are extremely humiliated and degraded, are exposed to abuse, rape, physical assault, torture, unwanted pregnancy, diseases that are transmitted through sexual contact, injuries that result in disabilities.
A huge number of women in prostitution suffer from post-traumatic stress disorder. A huge number of women would like to get out of prostitution, but feels inhibited to do so, which is why the society should offer them organized support.
